When is it time to cut the apron strings?

So when did you move out of Mommie and Daddy's house?, I was 24, and I have to say, I love being independant! So what do you do when it comes to dating world. Here the Scenario, I have my own place, he still lives with mommie and he is 30! Yeah what's up with that! Saving money is one thing, but come on now, what are you guys waiting for? When is it too old to be living at home with you mom still washing your Scooby Doo Boxers?

1. I was independent but had to move back home. I had to move out and it was very hard for me to find another place. I am also saving money and I am 30. I am waiting to move into other housing.
