okay i have a date tonight and am getting braces?

i have a date tonight and am getting brcaes what should i do this is my first date. i don't want my boyfriend to think i am a brace freak.

1. I wouldn't worry about it. Be sure to go with a softer meal, because getting used to the braces is going to take some time. Most people won't judge you on whether or not you have braces, because everybody's been there before, but if they do, he's not the right one for you anyways.
2. well THOUSANDS of girls and guys have braces, so he shouldn't think you're a freak. stop being so self concious about it theres nothing wrong with braces other than you have metal in your mouth. But the end result will be dazzling straight teeth :D
